I was driving toward Goodlettsville (north past Nashville on 65 right before Old Hickory Blvd) late Saturday night, minding my own business... when out of nowhere, a 5th gen passed me at 110-120something mph. I was going about 75 and he just disappeared... so the funny part is that I hardly heard a sound when he passed (startled me) but then I heard a whoosh. It wasnt him, but a mustang about 5 car lengths back, pretty loud with an intake I guess. Obviously they were racing and the Stang just got his @ss handed to him.

So as I'm pondering what I just saw - I mean it looked friggen amazing, and *I would never do that*, but it did look cool to see a max moving like that - I start hearing a tick-tick-tick-clack-clack-tick coming up *kinda* fast. Its a 4cyl mustang, also in the race.... but man, he wasnt even in the same county with these guys anymore. He was punishing that poor car trying to stay above 100. I got a good laugh out of that and tried to make sure I didnt hit anything that might fall off that old mustang.
