OK, everytime i try to do a peel out, i mean a regular one from fast accel....not torque break, i found out if i floor it(with tsb on), the car will not peel off and takes a while for it to rev up really high, but i step on it really fast, but not flooring it, it'll peel out and rev's the rpm much higher and faster....is that just my car or everyone elses?

if tsb is traction control then this is what happening:

When you floor it with the traction control or TC the tire is going to spin and the TC is going to kick in and cut the power to the wheels so the car will accelerate much slower. If you press 75% thortle then the wheels will not spin long enough to let the TC kick in and slow you down. That's why when you are in a race or somthing else its better to drive with the TC off.

P.S somebody correct me if i'm wrong

Yeah, I'm completely offended by that. I insist that you take it off immediately.

1st or 2nd.

No matter what I do, the car just shifts to the side, 1st and 2nd gear. these tires are perfect for the garbage.

Torque steer.. not much you can do about it since we're FWD.

Dude... my dream car too... or was. The only thing that would make it worse is if it was in BRIGHT YELLOW! Any chance you can downsize that thing to something more reasonable. I'm not against the content of the pic, just the size gets to be a bit much. No flame intended. Only luv.

Dude, don't take it off completely. Just make it smaller. It's a cool pic, just not at that size.

I haven't actually seen what sort of TCS (tsb=technical service bulletin, tcs=traction control system) the max's have, but generally, a low speed tration control will

a) apply the brakes to the slipping wheel, and
b) cut fuel to the engine to stop wheel slippage.

Either one will slow you down.

If you floor it, do you see the SLIP light on your dash come on? (You should. I do. )

Turn TCS off, then floor it. Better? If yes, then it was your traction control.

Actually the traction control system doesn't apply brakes. It just cuts fuel and/or shift to a higher gear to reduce power output to the wheels.

That's interesting. (I just located that section in the owner's manual.) Usually that's how a high-speed traction control works. Sucks for a low-speed TCS though.

I guess that's why the max's bog down when TCS is activated from launch. They should have just slowed the slipping wheel, rather than cut fuel.

The TCS on the Max is an all-speed system, at least it was on the 99 Max. I have never driven a 5th gen auto with or without TCS so I dont know about the new ones.

Not TSB! TCS. Traction Control System.

TSB= Technical Service Bulletin.
