wheel spacers *pics*

Finally got around to taking pics of these. H&R 20mm spacers...

Sorry I don't have any before/after pics. Check out http://home.insightbb.com/~davidwhon...cer/spacer.htm. There's some good ones there.

I was thinking the same thing. The edge of your tires have a green tint and your fenders look green on the inside. Probably just the camera though.

And whats that blue stuff on the inside of the fender?

well they say "wider is better" so technically a wider stance should improve handling but I havent noticed any differences. The changes are minimal anyway. Overall, the spacers are mostly to get rid of that ugly "tucked in" look. IMO they make a huge difference in appearance and make the car look 100x better. That's of course thats if you know what you're looking at. Most people won't notice any difference except for us Maxima enthusiasts...

I got them from www.optauto.com for $109 shipped, the best deal I could find. Theyre extremely high quality and come with longer studs. Installation was simple.

About the fender, I have no idea. It might just be the camera? Or maybe some tire shine got on there? (just washed and waxed the car this weekend)

I just posted a thread earlier saying I didn't like the feel of them it feels kind of wierd going around turns I think but then again it might be in my head. And someone said wider is better, If you did the rear wheels only and the car is front wheel drive how is wider better?? I used 3/4" spacers.

Just search for spacers for Nissan. The ones for the Max fit different models so just make sure it says Maxima under applications. Like I said before, theyre 20mm.
