I'm putting these tires on Altima 16x.6.5 steels rims only on the front. What does everyone think? I'm drag racing my brother in his 330Ci so I want the best traction

I can't speak for the Tech R Competition tires, but I have the Avon Tech M500 Ultra High Performance Summer tires on my car right now. I like them a LOT more than I liked my Nitto NT450s both for wet and dry traction. Avon is a pretty good tire company that is involved in motorsports mostly in Europe. I think you'll be pleased with their products, especially since they're usually not outrageously expensive.
