Dont forget about this!
Dont forget about this!
This may be one for the detailing forum, but I know this one has alot more people reading it.
Instead of parking my car in the street, I graduated to a driveway. The bad part is that is underneath a large tree which loves to drop all types of fun things. My car is dirty more than clean, so at least every two weeks I clean it really well.
Yesterday was one of those day and I couldn't believe what I came across. While I had both doors of one side open on my '01, I looked inside the rubber door seal in between the roof and door which keeps rain and other stuff out of your car. It has a v-bottom so it catches everything. Using an old (and white) tshirt, I removed a small forest from the seal. Pollywogs, dirt, grime and all types of nasty stuff came out from both sides of the car.
You all probably know about this---but DAMMMMMMMNNNNN!!. Give a check!!

Newbie in the house: Quick question for you guys. Kind of related to the original post in here because it deals with crap that lands on our cars. What product do you guys use to clean your front end of smashed up bugs? I just want to clarify before I ruin the paint on my front end.
