I finally managed to change the fuel filter. But after the car stayed parked for a long time, it would not start right away. I had to turn the key a few times to get it going. What can I look for to solve this problem? The black line on the outside is sitting well in the canister... Am I missing an o-ring on a line someplace? Help please :-) Thanks....
