want to do the vb mod and get a tranny cooler

I'm looking to do the VB mod to my 2000 SE, and was wondering how in the hell i go about doing this. (If this is a dumb question, then i apologize, but I'm still in the learning process.) Also, am I undrstanding correctly that there are different stages to this?

It was noted that a tranny cooler is in order if the vb mod is performed. Where can i get one, and how much will it cost.

One more thing, all together, what will this mod cost me?

Thanks,
Dominic

I have a Hayden 404 on my car ... works great.
Only regret is the "shift shock" is longer than a car without a cooler as the fluid rising to normal operating temp is longer.
But on the long run who cares if the car behaves cranky during the first 10 minutes as long as the tranny's temp is kept low and get it to last longer.
