I brought back my max to my bodyshop for hood repaint and tire replacement (they didnt do my alignment last time so I am getting a pair for free)

I have been driving the camry...but something seems missing. Man! miss my max already =)

 

why are you repainting your hood?

 

Mine's in the shop too, I feel your pain. Hope you won't suffer from Max withdrawal.

 

I posted it not long ago....bra grinds...
I put the bra on and off too much and the wind and vibration grinds off the paint around the edge.

mine's in the shop as well, i've been without her a week, and it'll be another week before i'll be rollin' again

 

Yeah, I'm going to take my car to the body shop middle of next month (my local Nissan authorized body shop is backed up to by about three weeks!!!) to get all the work done for my accident last Friday. I'm going to miss her.

My insurance company is going to force me to use Hertz Local Edition to get a rental. The last time I was there when my Civic was in the shop, I saw a Maxima. Maybe I can request for that...to decrease the withdrawl symptoms I know I'm going to get.

 

I remember when my Max was in the shop, I had to use my old 92 Camry to cart myself around. I was going through total maxima withdrawal after one day. Brakes sucked, slow as he!!, shocks gone... I was SO happy when I got my max back. Totally makes you appreciate the car even more

 

even though it is a 99 camry....but no compare to maxima.. camry is a comfy car to drive around...but it doesnt have the soul and I feel older when I see bunch of moms driving the camry.

 

Yeah, oh well, atleast it's only for a day right? I had to go a long time without mine. And, you're basically in a new car, so it's not TOO bad, but ya, Camry to a Maxima is like an apple to an orange.
