Just ..........
Just breaking your chops....... I had a 96 & it worked. Although I remember another thread regarding this same question & some one was able to accomplish this . I also believe it is easily done with a aftermarket alarm system.

this doesn't work on the 00-01, it works on the 4th gens and 5.5 gens....sucks and i have no clue what nissan was smoking when they did this, but if you got an aftermarket alarms you could probably add it on there.

i have the 2002 SE and my windows will roll down about 3 inches when holding the unlock button, i let it go and hold it down a second time and the windows will roll down all the way, is there a way to make this possible to have this rolling down on all 4 windows?

but really, what is this feature for? i've thought about it like once when i was going out to my car on a hot day, and it saved me about as much time as it takes to press a button (literally, i just press the 2 auto buttons for the front windows and they're down...) otherwise, i really dont see the point...it takes more time than it does to open the door...

On a couple of other questions:
You don't have to press the button once, then again - the windows will roll down on the first press if you hold it.
Why the windows sometimes roll down all the way, and sometimes only a few inches, has always vexed me. A while back someone had the opinion that it was time-related which seems to make sense. IIRC it's if you're gone an hour or less, the windows will roll all the way down. I use it all the time and that seems right, but haven't ever done any testing to confirm.
