How the heck does this button work?
The one on the left that says cancel/auto. I have this, and since I've bought the car I haven't used it. Not really sure I know how to, and haven't had a chance to look at the manual. Is it a lock feature for the memory seats or something?

Yeah if you have it on auto and you are short (like my wife) It slides back when you turn off the car so you can get out easier. If you have it on cancel it doesn't. It is my personal opinion that this is what causes the seat motors in our cars to go out. Since i have replaced one already.
on my 6spd...even on the auto position...it doesn't slide the seat when the key is turned off...iirc i think this is only good for folks with automatics....
if you put it on cancel...it won't allow you to use memory seats at all...

Thanks mang, I'm still going back and forth with GEICO for my claim. Once I get a check, I can put her in the shop for body work and I'll hand the lip over to them also. It sucks cause I got it from you forever ago, and it's still tucked away safely in the garage.
You'll be the first I let know once I get it on.
