Help w/ new fog light install

Ok, here's the situation:

Ordered up the 2k2 fogs to go w/ my 2k1 GXE, and I didn't want to buy the fog light capable light stalk (expensive), so I ordered a fog light switch that Nissan puts in the Frontier (according to Dave B). I opened up my steering column, clipped the white, 3-pin fog light connector and was going to route the two wires to the new switch in the blank to the left of the steering column. Only one problem: after testing the wires (one green with an orange stripe and the other green with a yellow stripe; way to go Nissan) with a wire tester, I couldn't get a current (battery on, acc. on my parking lights came on just fine, battery tester was working fine). Does anyone know how to wire the fogs into the new switch? They're all hooked in and ready to go (relay is in, both fog harnesses are attached solidly) but no light. A little help from those of you who have done this or who have knowledge would be great!
