Front license bracket - poor at best

The front license plate bracket for the y2k is (my opinion of course) poorly located, taking away from the looks of the grille and car in general. Anyone come up with a better idea? Also, I did not get a rear spoiler with the car - suggestions on aftermarket OEM type? Thanks.
