For those who installed the hyperground kit, any noticeable impovement in performance?

I have installed custom hyper ground kit and to be honest I did not notice any improvement in performance. Only noticeable difference was improvement in passenger window - its works faster.

That was f'n quick.

 

the difference is very minimal.. you wont notice anything..

 

I had slight grinding going from first to second only when it's cold out. Hyperground kit got rid of that problem.

Smoother idle, for my auto the shifts were a little smoother too. Windows are a little quicker. If you follow your negative battery cable to it's starting point you may be surprised. Not much in the way of consolidated grounding going on on our cars. It makes the engine bay look purrty though...

 

My windows were a little faster and my car started more quickly/smooth but the main thing I notice is that the shifts all seem to be MUCH smoother ever since I installed my grounding kit.

 

I honestly didn't notice that much of a difference but for $50 why not give it a whirl?!?!

You can make your own for $25 in materials. As stated above, it's not a "major" upgrade or anything, but there are some minor things most of us have noticed:
- windows go up/down faster
- headlights a little brighter (if you ground them too)
- smoother shifts (for the autotragic guys who grounded the tranny point)
- quicker starting (better ground to the starter, essentially)
- smoother idle (I definitely noticed this)
- a few other minor things...

All in all, it's a very inexpensive mod, looks nice in the engine bay usually, and if it doesn't help much (depends on who you talk to), it definitely doesn't hurt anything....
