intake set up will it work?

if i just put a coupler to the tb and the maf then the filter will this work or is it to short and screw something up thanx.

you should be ok. the berk intake is only a few inches longer than what you are describing, so i can't see why not.

whats the difference if its so close with no mid pipe is there anything different with the air. nothing will mess the engine up will it?

huh y is it pointless its cheaper then 80$ for a berk i have headers freeflow exhaust so just need to get more air in

So you're saying you got headers before you got an intake??? What's the deal with that?? Also a decent cone filter will cost you $50 or so, which doesn't make $80 sound too bad for a whole setup. None of it makes sense to me. Also it does not make sense that you would buy headers, either put them on or have them installed, and hopefully have the car tuned, and then not already know the answer to this question.........

just buy the adapter plate and put on a cone filter to exhisting intake. just bolt it up the air silencer. it's cheaper and works just as good. autozone carries the adapter or you can buy one off of ebay. you get the same gains with less sound. it's what i have, very easy. i'll get a pic so you can see what i'm talking about.
