Will Nissan changer from a 1997 Maxima work in a 2000+ Max and/or vice-versa? Thanks.

I *kinda* think it will

You might need a different harness.. but I sort of remember the Changer itself covered several years back. I would check the part number, like on the courtesy nissan site..

No. It will not. I put one in my 96 and researched it then. They are two different units and not compatible. Good thing is the unit for the 5th gens is MUCH cheaper.
