wutsup with magazines??? i was just at caranddriver.com and they showed a 5 speed doing 0-60 in 7 seconds at a 1/4 in 15.6.. sumthin wrong?? or is just me.. i ran a 15.6 auto.. hm... odd.

its odd, all the magazines i've ever seen, they have very bad times.. on msn carpoint that had a max doing 8.2 seconds?? wtf?? maybe are cars are really slow and we're hallucinating (not)

 

yea, i say a magazine today that says 0-60 in 7.8 sec with a manual trans....i was like wtf.....did they put a 3 years old behind the wheel for the test? these ppl need a good

 

do u noe the actuall times for the 0-60??? stock.

 

who cares about magazine times.... people can state all the facts you want, but if you can't bring it on the street, so what?

 

Motor Trend got a 6.7 and 15.1 at 94.4 on the 5spd (just saw it yesterday when reading the road test review).

That is accurate. My 5spd is my first 5spd. First time I ever went to the track with a 5spd was this car - at about 5000 miles. My best run that day was - guess what: 15.1x at 94.x.

So, the other mags must be shifting too soon or something because those numbers are ridiculous for a 5sp
