car back from paint shop and the hid fog light will not work now

I just got my car back from the body shop, I had the hood and front bumper repainted. My headlights were taken out and I think when they watered the car the water got on or in the fog light hid ballast. Do you guys have any advise on how I can aproach this situation to see if that is the prob.

Simple solution is to take it back and have them look at it.

As much trouble as they gave me while they were painting my car, I wouldnt want them messing with my lights. They probably wont know anything about them anyways.

One side works but the other doesnt.

either they didnt plug it back in to the ballast or they got water on it. Take it back and make sure they fix/replace it.

Depending on the body shop you went to.... a lot of times you get a lot of dust flying around the shop and it has to go somewhere. Same thing happend to my car when I got the deer damage fixed.....when I got it back the fogs didnt work....it turned out to just be dust around the relay...took it out cleaned it off and all set. I know that you said it was only one light but you get my point. I would say check the basics and if that fails just approach the shop in a calm/ adult way at first and see how they take care of it. If that doesnt work then take it from there.....hope this helps... W
