Will standard h3 HID bulbs fit 02-03 Fogs?

Will standard h3 HID bulbs fit 02-03 Fogs?
I know that some companies sell micro h3 kits that are the same size as standard h3 bulbs. I'm asking beacuse of the added length of the standard HID bulb would they fit in 5.5 gen fogs.

micro kits are plug and play. Regular H3 HID kit requires use of dremel and you need to push in the reflector due to length of bulb

Purchased my HELIOS H3 HID Fog kit from maximabest and had no trouble installing the bulbs. They looked almost exactly like the OEM H3 bulbs.
