00 Engine questions

I hydrolocked my engine so I decided to swap a VQ30DE-K into my 4th gen. I got a low mileage 2000 engine and im working on getting everything to work correctly. Theres a few things on the 2000 motor that im confused about and dont know what they are. I took some pics of them so maybe you guys can tell me what they are or where they go. If you guys can help me out that would be great. Thanks.

1. This is located on the driver side of the VI, you can see cylinder 1 coilpack right behind it. Is this just a vac source, and where does it go?

2. Not really sure what this is, EVAP related?

3. This is located on the driver side, right next to the lower intake manifold, so the bottom border of the pic is the timing chain cover. Is this the swirl valve, though it was on the other side?

4. This has a 2 prong connection and has a line that runs to right in front of the VI.

5. The TPS is right to the left of this, looks like just a vac source but the nipple is broken off, where does this go to?
