I recently noticed some changes in my car handling: it dives after braking to the front, slightly reels after sharp corners - all in all it doesn't feel as stable as it did before. I've changed my tires about the same time to the set of Toyo T1S (was riding Nokians NRW in winter) and have no certain idea what to blame - tires or struts? Is there any easy way to check the state of the struts? BTW I have FSTB installed, it noticeably improved cornering stability but it's not related - I installed that way ago and was quite happy with results. So, any ideas?

Brake dive is normal. You should consider a RSB to get rid of some of the body roll.

To test the struts, push down on a corner of your car. It should bounce back up then down and settle... if it goes up and down a few times, they you've got a bad strut.

How many miles do you have?

about 18k but roads here have a lot of potholes after winter and I've got in some of them. No alignment problems though ...

dealership...

I know what they'd say - "it's normal" but I can certainly feel a difference. Even my wife, not driving enthusiast at all said the same.

You shouldn't need new struts this early.
