Deal on a new Cat???

After a visit to my local dealership to check a Service Engine light I was advised that the only code coming up was for my Catalytic Converter. They reprogrammed my ECU in hopes that the light was coming on in error, but advised that if it came back on, time to buy a new catalytic converter. Well, after 50 miles, the light is back on and my extended warranty does not cover this part. The dealer has an outragous estimate to replace it and was wondering if anyone had any reccomendations where to go for either parts or service (L.A. Area for service). My car is stock, so I'm not looking for a Hi Performance cat, unless pricing permits. Any leads, reccomendations?

Warpspeed performance sells a High FLow cat in SS for about 90.00. Take it to a muffler shop and they probably will charge you another $50.00 or DIY it.
