short-shifters are teh

...then again, you guys are probably used to a "short stroke" heh

I'll be doing the bushings also, but no STS.....they suck when in bumper-to-bumper traffic IMHO...

Short throw shifters suck- I had 1 in my Maxima and hated it, it makes for finding 3rd gear on the highway a PITA !

I have the bushing on my Maxima- I was one of the 1st ones to do this mod, and I love it. There is one more bushing you can do, but I will leave that out till I get some pics of how to do it. Its pretty confusing without pics.

i still think my sts is one of my favorite mods, and im in traffic most of the time im driving.

ive had the chance to test many different types of sts, and i like my cheap pacesetter the best.

sts aren't that bad. it just depends on how u install it.. if you get the b&m one u have to modify the bracket that holds the shifter in place because they made a crappy design. but i've heard nothing but good things about the stillen STS asides from its price..

Disagree on the sts. I like mine much better than stock. And I have the el cheapo that I had to modify.
