Wierd Problem with Foglight Rewire

I followed the steps to rewire the fogs and attempting to do this on my brothers 2000 Max. Well I ran a wire from the fog light relay to the taillight relay. The fog lights do come on with the parking lights, but so does the passenger side headlight. I haven't heard of anybody having this problem and I know it is hooked up the correct way. Anybody have any ideas? Thanks.

when you spliced the wire you connected to the wire going up into the relay. you need to splice it to the cut end of the wire coming OUT(down) from the relay
