Timing chain rattle?

Hey guys, i'm getting this rattle when I'm driving at moderate speeds with constant gas, but no acceleration. I've read around and I think its the timing chain rattling but I haven't been able to really find a solution for it. I've read that it has to do with low oil but i just had an oil change about 1 month ago. I've still got about 3k miles left on my powertrain warranty. What do you guys suggest? Thanks for your help.

Probably just a dirty engine. If Nissan won't fix it, get an engine flush at Jiffy Lube for $80 and call it a day.

Does anyone have a copy of the TSB for the Timing Chain Rattle? I've been looking for it and couldn't find it. Thanks.
