GLE owners.How stiff is the rear end of your car when you try to push it down by hand. The only reason i ask is because my old 02 se was very stiff when i tried to push it down you could feel the stiffness in the rear when driving. Now i have my 03 se 6sp and the rear seems pretty soft. The shocks are brand new tokico hps so its not the shocks. I am thinking the previous owner my have put gle springs in the rear. Even when i have people in the back it sags more than my 02 did. I don 't know if there's a way to visual check to see if they are in fact gle springs.... I don't believe the springs are different in the rear between autos and manuals. I know the fronts are different but i don't know if the rears are different. I really liked the stiff feel of the rear end and i may have to just buy some used SE rear springs just to check....Any help would be cool.
