Temporary Helper Springs

Temporary Helper Springs
I need to carry 5 passengers and luggage on a trip.
Has anyone seen those spring spaces that you can insert to hold up the springs or any other device that can help the springs hold the weight up.
I want something I can clip on and off without changing out the spring or shock.
thanks!

I drove my car to Florida from New Jersey and back on stock struts with S-Tech springs, and trunk full of luggage. I had no problem with anything. Ohh, and I had 5 people in the car.

helper/tender/take up springs are for coilover assemblies as they feature a spring coupler and collar to provide tension when the normal spring is displaced either in hard cornering or excessive lateral movement
maybe the device you are talking about is called a different name

NOt sure if there is a different name. used to be metal wedges you could secure in place with an allen wrench.
Some crude ones were secured to the axle with a spring that stuck straight up to help spring the axle away from the frame. Sounds like a fast way to bend a unibody!
Hopefully, my SE springs will support it....we got a lot of weight and luggage going down with us.
thanks
