Headlight Fuse Location ???

I have the Dr. Roy retrofit. I had a problem with the turn driver side turn signal not turning on. I got the turn signal to work and then I found out that I had no low beams anymore. I turned the high beam on and only the passenger side turned on. I swapped both headlights back to stock and the passenger side has both low and high off of the H4 connector but the driver side only has the turn signal/running light. I checked all of the fuses that I could find in the car and couldn't come up with anything. I had the custom wiring harness so I don't know what happened. I'm also not sure why the passenger HID low beam wasn't working unless it gets it's power from the H4 connector on the driver's side. I'm not as worried about the HID at this time, I just need to get light on the drivers side, anyone have any idea? Thanks.

I got the following message from Dr. Roy.

that is why you have passenger high/low beams when you switched back to stock, but only a passenger high beams when the HIDs where hooked up. double check the fuse for the driver headlights, from what you describe somthings up w/ the driver side plug and its not getting power.
Can someone advise where the fuse for the driver's side headlight is? In the fuse panel right behind the headlights on the top it mentions there should be 20A fuses for headlights, but those positions are empty. I don't see anything in the fuse panel under the dash for headlights. How do I test that big relay looking thing on the passenger side that mentions headlamps, I appreciate everyone's help as I'm supposed to be going to CA tomorrow and I need headlights.
