brake pads..will these work??

I have cross drilled and slotted rotors on my car. I just got some axxis deluxe brake pads. They are organic material. Will my rotors work well with these pads? I used to have the metal master but i decided to try these out...

They should work well, my concern would be the level of brake dust.

go up to 45 then slam on the brakes.. but dont come to a complete stop..
you will get dizzy from the fumes and the g force.
do this 6-7 times.
then from 45 do a few hard stops .. but dont come to a complete stop.. do this 3 times

you have broken in your brakes and are very dizzy at this point

I break my in going up to 30 or 40 MPH and braking moderately to almost a complete stop. I do this ten times. Then I do the same braking hard. Then the same braking lightly. Never really had any issue after doing this.
