for people w/dash kits

im looking into getting a dash kit but im not sure of whats good out there....i know the molded kits are better than the stick on flat ones but im not looking to spend too much $$$...i saw this one on ebay...what do you think? http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Nissa...05067610QQrdZ1

Thats always risky. My buddy got a dash kit off ebay for his civic and had lots of problems with peeling and overall fit and finish. If the tape starts to wear off thats not as big a deal you can always get more of that 3M double sided tape, but I would be more concerned with that "real carbon fiber" claim

Why not save up another $100 and buy it from custommaxima?

even though I recently wrote this on another thread.
I have a maxima dash kit off ebay. It fit perfectly on top of every peice that it was intended for. It is actually really soft and removing the 3m take is very easy after you warmed up all the peices. The final product came out looking great even though I have a grey dash.

I also have the nissan and maxima emblem on the passenger side. They were removed from a 98 maxima, my friend decided to shave his emblems and gave em to me.

I love the way it looks, even though I painted the gxe dash trim to silver and the a/c vents to silver.

Now to make time to show u guys my syck interior.

Do you remember the name/ID of the Ebay seller you got it from?? There are a bunch of them who claim that their kits are "the best" ...

Thanks!

what are you using to mount the emblem on the dash? Is it permanent, if not, if you decide to remove it one day how hard is it to take off
