QUICK question on e-brake on 2K

my e-brake light on the dummy dash is stuck on.... sensor problem?

I just had the rear pads replaced and i screwed them up for a couple of miles and the light was on, they are perfect and quiet now but as soon as the temp dropped from 95 to 45 (fl to ma and summers end) it is stuck on

if it's a sensor where is it or how can i test it

any input would be helpful!

Check your fluid level. The light also covers low brake fluid as well as the parking brake.
