I will do that... I read last night trhat it could be the motor. so my question is... how many motors does he power seat comes with. If it is just one.....the motor has to be divided in different functions or how is it that this motor workss?

i never went that deep in my seat ,but i would say that there is 2 motors.
The problem that i had it sounded like urs ,it got sloved for me by oiling the tracks.

good luck man i hope its not the motor.

Having the same issue. Tried moving the seat forward this past weekend and nothing just a clicking noise. Tried seeing if anything was logged in the track but found nothing. Guess I'll try the oil trick.

I had the same problem last week. My passenger seat would recline but not move forward or backward on the track. I believe there are two motors for the seats. This may not sound like it would work but it did for me. Locate the motor in question and take a screwdriver handle and tap or hit the motor a few times. Then try moving the seat. This might also be helpful:

nissan will charge you for the repair, IIRC its a replacement of the slider motor with an updated style.

you need a new motor. Mine did the samething all you guys described and i had to replace it about 9 months ago. It was about 200 bucks for the motor and i replaced per instructions in the TSB. Call Dave Burnette I think he is still there. have not talked to him in a while. Tell him you are from the .org. 888-254-6060 i think
