bad day... help... anyway to fix?(pic inside)

sigh... really having a bad day... screw a midterm in the afternoon then got my wheel scarched at night... anyway... thats a minor damage... i know... but just wanna know any way to fix it and how much or if i can DIY to fix it....
(what kinda stuff to buy and how?)

hmmm tough break man... i got the same scratch on my rim too but i have an opal finish (Gun metal)... I got over it in a couple of days...
it'll be hard to find a paint cuz it seems like you have like a chrome/metallic finish to ur rim which doesn't look like paint..

go to a rim store and see How much they will charge you..... you can sand it down.. but will not be able to chrome it......

yeah a wheel guy should be able to sand that down and buff her back up to good. i said good, not new. but only youll know its there

yah i know.... those black ones hahaha feels better now called them cost like $160 to fix those.... i think it's a bit tooo much... i can get a new rim for that price.....
dunno what to do.... sigh...

Take a small fine HAND file and carefully remove just the rough, raised material, maintaining the original shape/contour. After that you will notice it already will look better. Then using about a 400 grit emery paper then "crocus cloth", polish it to the same finish as the surrounding area. Looks to me like there has to be clearcoat laquer on there.......touch up with clearcoat, otherwise it will corrode.
