remember the ticket i got in january re:speeding, tint, nice blue bulbs? well, they've caught up to me and i have to remove the front tint. 
just wondering... what are the consequences of NOT removing the tint? In california you get fined $70 for the fixit at first. is there a fine on top of that the next time you get hit?.. if so, how much?
