Codes P0171 and P0174..help..

Hey i did a search on these codes and didnt find alot here on the org. Im hoping that someone else who has encountered this problem can help me. If you kno, these codesstate that i am running lean on the left and right bank. Ive cleaned and oiled my k&n filter about 3 weeks before the ses light came on. I oiled some more seeing that it wasnt as red as it was before i cleaned it. I also attempted to but fuel injecter cleaner to spit out more fuel. In addition i swtiched to 93 octane gas from 89 3 weeks ago as well. This solved the problem temp. and has been going on and off for about a month but now the ses light just stays on.

Is it my MAF? should i oil the filter some more? Try another bottle of injecter cleaner? All help is appreciated. I want to solve this problem quickly as i hear running lean is bad for the internals of our cars.
Thanks guys

For those codes, the FSM says it could be any one of the following:

Intake air leaks
Heated oxygen sensor 1
Injectors
Exhaust gas leaks
Incorrect fuel pressure
Lack of fuel
Mass air flow sensor
Incorrect PCV hose connection
