Has anyone here ever heard this loud hummmm while driving on the freeway? Lately, my 2000 Max has been making this humm noise. Its almost like going over a newly paved road, and you hear that noise, but this is not a pavement thing-HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!! Could it be a suspension thing of some sort?

 

most likely it is the tires making the humm noise.

if it's not the tires, it's probably a suspension mount or bushing, or a faulty motor mount.

 

Don't know if you have a 5-speed, but the last humming noise I had was in my 89 Maxima 5-speed and it was the bearings
failing in the gear box. $650 to fix. Hope that isn't it.
Try fiddling with the tire pressue and see if any difference
happens.

Usually, when I feel any humming noise I also feel a tingling in my crotch area. Could there be any relation???
