Bad experiences with Import Car Parts Plus

Ive been having some issues with Justin from Import Car parts plus.

I placed an order about 3 1/2 weeks ago for Illuminas and H&R springs. Frankly, his prices were the best so it was an easy choice... or so it seems. I recieved my front struts after about 5 days with no issues. Sweet! But then, my rear struts arrived about 4 days later. The boxes were damaged and so was one of the struts.

I asked him how to go about getting these changed and he sent me a one line email saying "start a claim with the insurance company".

I did this and they picked up the struts to send them back to the shipper. Over the past 2 weeks I have been waiting to hear what is going on with these. I have sent 4 emails to Justin and he has not yet replied. I have no idea when I will be getting my struts not to mention my springs! 3 1/2 week and no notice... sheesh!

I am warning everyone to be careful of this group deal, Until such time as my issues with this company have been solved.

i have ordered many parts from justin @ importcarpartsplus and all the parts arrived in good conidition, and every part that i have ordered i recieved. He is a busy person and sorry that you have problems with him. My exhaust took about 3-4 weeks to come in, but i was in no rush. Also i even turned him on to another buddy of mine and we all ordered over 2500 dollars in parts. Some took a while, and some came in that following week. But hope everything goes well. let us know!

Busy does not justify what I would call downright Crappy email responses. I have no idea what is going on with my stuff and he doesnt seem to be making the effort to track them down for me. I dont even have tracking numbers!
Maybe you should give him a call for me and find out why he is not getting back to me

I bought all my springs and struts from him too. The shipping times were long, but it didnt matter that much, cuz they sat in my bedroom for 2 months anyway
