Best tool/method to remove trunk liner?

I am going to replace my rear turn signals and reverse light, and was wondering if there is any specific tool needed to remove the trunk liner? Last time I looked it seemed that a philips head screw driver can remove the plastic tabs? So do I just remove the one tab on both left and right side of the trunk behind the tail lights to get to the turn signals? Thanks for the help

i use a small flathead. just push in one side and lift at the same time. i remember having to remove 2 tabs to have full access to anyone of the bulbs in the tail light. just dont push the seperated pieces back together until you reinstall the lining.

Those things are the biggest PITA and i cannot believe that they haven't come out with a better solution to secure the trunk lining and all the plastic guards underneath the car in the front. I've gotten the removal down to a science with those clips and can do it pretty fast without breaking any but sometimes its just not your fault haha

Like someone said, just use a small flat tip screwdriver.
