How come most SE's with T/E and Meridian have the mud flaps - was it standard? The reason I'm asking is because I've found a car I'm intersted in with T/E and Meridian but NO mud flaps. Not a big deal, just want to make sure they didn't take them off or something. Were they just an extra $$$ add on no matter what package you got?

i think it was an option for every trim level and not a part of any other option package
i do have them on my SE with Meridian but i dont think it was part of the meridian package
