Any concerns about getting an '01?

Hey guys, before I sign my name in blood tomorrow afternoon, can anyone tell me why I shouldn't pull the trigger on a '01 GLE with 98K on it? It's in perfect condition and drives great, but the miles concern me.

look down a few posts.....

mileage is not really an issue, the VQ30DEK is bulletproof.

Well I took the plunge. He was firm on the price and it does book for $13,500 because it has the roof, heated seats and traction control. I think it's money well spent as long as she doesn't blow up on me. This is my first used car hence the apprehension.

ClayKY,
For what they asking and the mileage on the car it's way too much. I got my 00 Se fully loaded with 44k back in 5/04 for $10,800 so the price for that 01 is way too much. The deal I got on my car was really good so you need to shop around.

I have a feeling I might get flamed for this but, Just wanted to say ClayKY, congrats on ur new car and hope u have good luck with the new ride. My two cents would be that u make sure to get the 100k tune up unless the previous owner shows u written proof of it being done. If u got it from a dealership make sure u get it done. Also as for getting "A Good Deal" your the only one who can determin that... Iv bin selling cars since i was 18.... the happiest cutomers i'v had, have bin the ones that made the most amount for the car. Enjoy!
