to anyone who bought the Helios kit

Hey guys i just got my 7000k hi/low kit for my 00 max. Installation wasnt too bad and the light that came out of the housing when i first turned it on was like the perfect blue. After it warmed up it turned more of a purple. I was a little dissapointed and thought these were going to be blue(from what ive read) What Kelvin rating should i have gotten? is the 6000k more blue? or should i go with 9000k?

6,000K is white light with a tiny hint of blue. Going above that and you'll lose noticeable amount of light output.
