Question about heater controls

I just purchased my new maxima... 2000 SE 5spd lt blue. It has the digital heater controls. My question is can I swap out the digital ones and put in the manual controls? I'm not to fond of the digital controls.

Wow...why would you want to do that? The digital is much better than the manual. Alot of "auto" functions compared to the manual. But, to answer your question, I would say it's possible, but then you would have to re-wire and eliminate and bypass all the different sensors from the auto. This would be very time consuming and not really worth it, IMO. I know alot of people who want to do the opposite of you...manual to digital! To each his own!
