22680-6N201 = supposedly weak, but mine has lasted 47k miles with various K&N filters
22680-AM600 = supposedly good, but some people have blown theirs multiple times

I wouldn't let the MAF be a deciding factor. If and when it does blow, just get a 2001 MAF (its 90 bucks and has proven to work well so far) and transfer the IAT sensor from the 2002 MAF and it'll work just fine.

There is a write-up on how to do that in the Stickies.

I've got the AM600 (original in my 2k2....go figure) and no problems at all. 46,000 miles and Injen intake.

my MAF has been to hell and back and it's still fine.. i too have an original AM600... for the LONGEST time my intake had no filter on it (don't ask why) and all sorts of junk had gotten sucked up... now i'm WAI mode hahaha

The part number is in the Stickies, under the How-Tos: 2k1 MAF Upgrade for 2k2s.
