Front: 70% (basically no tint or UV film only)
Rear: Anything you want as long as you have side mirrors.

I have 35% all around. I would NOT go any darker than 35 on the front unless you're looking for trouble.

I got my 15% done while I was in SoCal and never had a problem. Only time I've been pulled over in Cali the cop only commented on how nice my car was... He thought I stole it

Anyway, everybody in Cali has dark tint. You will most likely not get pulled over unless you are doing something stupid.

BTW, what color interior do you have? the darker your interior, the darker the tint will look.

Also, there is a great place in Mission Viejo called "A terrific Tint" if you're up for the drive. They have a site, so look them up on the web.

I lived in SD too and it was only about an hour drive. They did a fantastic job, especially compaired to the place I went to in Escondido for my other car.

Right now in Socal it's about 60 during the day and fairly cold at night (45 ish). Pretty misty/foggy during dawn and dusk hours. Doesn't rain too much, but when it does it pours!

Summer is hot hot hot. 90 in most places, routinely over 100 in the valleys. 0 humidity, and dry like a desert should be.

And snow? What's that? Although, I admit it would be pretty cool to wake up and snowboard down the street.

you want those kinda reflective metallic tints? i have some kind of tint called quantum and it's reflective. i have 20% all around and 50% on my windshield and you can hardly see in at all in some angles. so far have not gotten any problems yet since in sunny days you can still see in sometimes.
