So, I had SES light on 6 months ago, it was only 1 went bad, so i didn't fix it. Till recently, the engine rattles when i drive or even idle. I went to get the codes pulled again, I got 2 P1320 and 2 P0300 which means 2 ignition coils and 2 plugs. I will fis it as sooon as possible. I jsut want to know, is my engine already damamged since it rattles as I drive? Also can anyone tell me the exact part number for my 2k ignition coils? i searched already, didn't find it. I want to buy from local dealer to make it faster. I'm afraid they might screw me over and give me the old ones. Thx for help

 

http://www.garrands-nissan.com/ is your friend....just tell them you need coilpacks for a 2000 maxima and they will search it for you...no need to run around looking for the part #s yourself...

1320 = coilpacks
0300 = random/multiple misfire

 

Just had a stealership tell my I had 0300 code today. I've got the grey dotted coils since about 20K (85K now), so I'm wondering has anyone had to replace those colis, too?
