Ok, here's my delima. I need to get a four door car and get out of my 240sx, but I need to spend at least as possible. I'm already trying to pay off debt and don't need to pile on a ton more. Whatever I buy I will be trying to pay off in less than 3 years, so the less the better. But I do need reliability.

I've found a 02 SE Maxima with 68k and 6 speed for 12,300 but I really don't want to spend that much. (or really my wife doesn't want to spend that much)
I've also found a 03 Spec V with 43k that I can probably get for under 10,000. Or I could pick up an older Max, say 2000 and pay a little under 10,000 for low mileage. What should I do????

I need to save the money, because my wife and I are planning on have child number 3 in a year or so and at that time she will probably quit working.
Opinions please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Get a 2000 5-speed, don't get them 6-speed oil-burners.

My max cost me $7500.
