Dome/Map lights don't work?

I just bought a 03 Maxima SE/6spd, and the seller informed me that he did the LED Mod on the Dome/Map lights, he said they worked fine in the past. But yesterday I noticed they weren't working. I checked the room lamp fuse which seemed fine. Any info from peps that has experienced this? Is there a relay that could be out, and if so where is it and what is it called?

Thanks.

Check the fuses under the left hand side of the drivers dashboard?

He said he checked the fuse.

Try opening the LED assembly and see if everything is secure connection wise. However I doubt this is the problem if both the map and the dome are out. Are the courtesy (door) lamps out? If so then I'd say it's a fuse or relay.

The courtesy door lamps are still working, when I pulled the room lamp fuse out from under the fuse panel under the dash the fuse was still good. I'm lost.

That rules out the fuse. Check the assemblies and see if all the leads are connected.
