For those of you who bought leather seats on one of the group deals.

Does anyone know how to replace or remove the door inserts. I just bought a leather package for my mom's max. Seats are all done and ready to be put in the car. It wasn't that hard to do but time consuming. Now before I experiment on how to remove the cloth door inserts to replace them to leather, can someone here give me instructions on how to remove/replace this?

 

Anyone? I'm surprised no replies.

 

I had my leather installed by an upholstry shop. The guy didn't remove panels on my car. He just glued the vinyl inserts over the cloth and then just tucked the edges in between insert and panels.
