2000 SE 5 Speed, Very Rough Start

Car has 82K Miles, headers, exhaust, Y-Pipe, tried the plugs, went to the mechanic, they couldn't figure it out. It takes a long time to start, just keeps turning until it finally starts. Anyone have that?

most likely the ignition coils, my brothers was doing the same thing for a while, he replaced all 6 coils and its running fine, is there any hesitation while driving?
