How much is one, what does it do and for those of you who have one, is it a worthwhile mod?

Your stock igition is more than enough to ignite your air/fuel mixture. Unless you plan on supercharging or NOSing the car in the future, you have better things to spend your money on.

Well we know the HKS Twin Power Ignition Amplifier doesn't increase performance on NA Maximas, Phuong. Do you think it will be the same with the MSD Stacker Ignition?

gains will be minimal with either unit on an NA Maxima. Only when you're able to stuff more air into the combustion chamber (i.e. nitrous or supercharger) and overload the direct ignition system will an aftermarket ignition system be fully utilized.
