Moonroof Issue please help!

Hey guys. The stealership wants $750 for my moonroof! The drape is caught in the alignment and it's stripping the carpeted drape along the track. Can anyone think of a logical fix for this? This is insane... i'm definitely not paying that kind of money for a stupid moonroof drape. My only thoughts are that they think they have to take apart the entire carpeted ceiling to fix the issue.

Any thoughts ?

you could take off your roof liner and try to fix it yourself. talk to metal maxima about doing this, he has some good directions. from what i understand you have to take off the pillars and the whole roof liner is held by clips, which are not difficult to remove.
